Our research focuses on the intersection of advanced mechanical design, dynamic control, multi-modal perception, and embodied artificial intelligence, particularly for cross-domain unmanned systems operating across air, land, and water environments.
We aim to develop theories and methodologies that enable robotic systems to operate autonomously, adaptively, and safely in complex, dynamically changing, and unstructured scenarios. By integrating physical dynamics modeling with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, we explore new bounds of cross-medium transit, robust flight control, multi-modal SLAM, and intelligent task/motion planning.
